WHAT IS KDAT?
Kiln Dried After Treatment (KDAT) is a drying process where wood is pressure treated, and then chemicals are removed, resulting in minimized warps, cups, checks and twists.

15-MIN. VIDEO PRESENTATION
Study material is based on a 15-minute product training video. Once you have completed the content portion, you’ll take a 20-question online exam.
20-QUESTION, MULTIPLE CHOICE
Following the course, you’ll receive a Pass or Fail grade, based on your understanding of KDAT lumber, and using it in application as a contractor.
DIGITAL CERTIFICATE UPON COMPLETION
Upon a passing grade, we’ll notify you within 24-48 hours, and will create a printable KDAT Gold Certificate Training Program Certificate that you can print for business use.
ADDED TO KDAT CONTRACTOR DATABASE ONCE COMPLETE
After you pass the online exam and receive your certificate, we’ll add your contracting business to our online database of KDAT contractors.
CE EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
